What are Family Constellations?

It is a therapeutic intervention that seeks to solve a symptom, whose origin is in the ancestors.

During the consultation, what happened in the past is explored in the family of origin and in previous generations with the purpose of discovering and, if necessary, releasing the dynamics in which the client is identified.

Usefulness of Family Constellations

It offers the opportunity to discover the dynamics hidden in the symptoms, looking for their origin in the events and life of the ancestors.

It is a path to a solution, with a new and different look at a specific conflict.

The therapeutic intervention is based on a systemic, transgenerational and phenomenological approach developed mainly by Berth Hellinger, who, starting from a symptom, explores in the family of origin and in previous generations what happened in the past in order to trace the current dynamics.

The solution is achieved through the dialogue of the multiple human systems in which the Consultant is integrated, mainly the family, up to the most complex ones such as the social, historical, cosmic including the unknown.

Therapist

Rigzin Ro

Consultant and psychotherapist specialized in Gestalt, systemic, psychogenealogical and family constellations. He is Master in Gestalt Psychotherapy by the Instituto de Terapia Gestalt Región Occidente [INTEGRO 2013] and Master in Systemic Transgenerational Philosophy by the Berth Hellinger Institute -now Institute of Transgenerational Studies- [IET 2015 and 2017], with specialization in Family Constellations [IET 2014] and updates in Transpersonal: The Way of the Psyconauth [TSN 2020].

He has training in Conscious Breathing (Rebirthing), Transpersonal Psychology; as well as in Embryonic Breathing, QiGong (NeiGong and WaiGong) and QiGong Energy Massage where he learned from Master Yang Ying Ming.

She was a teacher for more than 5 years at master's degree and diploma level at the Centro de Terapia Familar y de Pareja CEFAP (Puebla 2012-2017), has given several lectures at the Museo de Memoria y Tolerancia in Mexico City, and has participated as a speaker and workshop leader in various national and international conferences related to family constellations, systemic intervention, sexuality and child therapy.

She has coordinated several intensive and semi-intensive courses for the training of methodological Family Constellations and the Spirit (2016 -2019) with more than 120 graduates who currently practice the transgenerational systemic technique; these trainings were conducted in conjunction with CESTAC.

He was in formation to become a Jesuit (2005-2008), and has had various experiences of inculturation in conflict zones and indigenous regions of the country and in Peru. He has also been a systemic consultant in state governments, and responsible for speech writing.

She has participated in various NGOs, most notably CESTAC (2014-2019); Aldeas Infantiles Mexico, IAP (2015-2017); and of the international organization "NGO Harmonic World" based in Prague, Cz. (since 2012).

In 2012 she founded Círculo Medicina, with the mission of offering a safe space where diverse therapeutic approaches and experiences of healing and transformation converge. In his 11 years of experience he has traveled to several countries where more than 3,000 people testify to the vocation of Círculo Medicina.
